Alex King’s career has seen him work alongside some of the world’s top chefs in renowned restaurants all over Europe, including running a private chalet in the French Alps.
Collette has worked at The Ville since 2013. Started as a bartender at what was then known as Jupiter’s Hotel & Casino, she quickly became a valued member of the team, known for her work ethic and reliability.
Jackson joined Railway Club Hotel team as a casual waiter in January 2021. But his obvious passion, drive, and determination quickly saw him moving into a full-time position and joining the venue’s management team within a few short months.
