Women’s Environmental Leadership Australia (WELA) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation bringing together a community of women working to transform Australia’s response to our environmental and climate crisis.

WELA’s work aims to remove barriers to women’s leadership. Over the last decade, they have supported the leadership development of women and gender diverse people who have influenced some of Australia’s most important environmental campaigns and projects.
