The Regenerative Leader program was born from a shared vision to redefine leadership for today’s world. The program was built on a strong belief in slowing down, turning inwards, and sensing into the bigger picture is the path to designing new and restorative ways of leading teams and businesses.

The team of facilititators works to collaboratively find solutions that will contribute to solving our climate emergency, mental health crisis and increasing social inequality.

Morris Family Foundation has provided funding support for non-profit CEOs from The Regenerative Leader Program to take part in an innovative, sector-leading program called Inner Work for Outer Action. The funding supports 12 non-profit CEOs each year to build their capacity as individuals and as a sector to help create long-term, systemic change.
