Focus area: Community transitions for a safe climate
Greenpeace has been a strong voice for a green and peaceful future for 40 years and continues the fight for our climate and communities.
Their REenergize campaign succeeded in securing commitments from 21 of Australia’s leading companies to purchase 100% renewable electricity by 2025. The next phase of the campaign aims to help 12 major Australian companies transition their fleets to electric vehicles by 2030 as well as encouraging individuals to make the switch.
