Grata Fund helps to break down the barriers for communities to exercise their right to a voice through the court in three key areas: climate justice, human rights, and democratic freedoms. The team is currently working on a high-profile climate justice case on behalf of Traditional Owners in the Torres Strait case against the Australian Government for negligently failing to prevent climate change.
