Focus area: Community transitions for a safe climate
Climate Council is Australia’s leading climate change communications organisation. It’s made up of some of the country’s leading climate scientists, health, renewable energy and policy experts, and backed up by a huge community of volunteers.
Their work in Queensland aims to change the narrative on climate action, moving past the polarisation and towards solutions that are good for people and planet. As an independent voice on climate change, Climate Council gets climate stories into the media, producing hard-hitting reports, calling out misinformation, and promoting climate solutions.
